Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged or defective. If your product is broken, not working, or arrives in poor condition, we will replace it or refund you.

How to request a return

Please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video showing the issue

  • A short description of what happened

Once we review your request, we’ll send you the next steps.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If your item is defective, we can send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, we cannot cancel or stop the order.

Wrong address

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We can update your address only if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or stolen packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as Delivered but not received. If this happens, please contact your local postal carrier.
