Returns
We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged, broken, or not working when it arrives, we will replace it or refund you.
How to request a return

Once we review it, we’ll send you the next steps.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If your item is defective, we can send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Wrong address
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We can update your address only if the order has not shipped yet.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as Delivered but not received. If this happens, please contact your local postal carrier.
Order cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
